Fermented with raspberries, guava, brett and lacto and aged for 27 months in Pinot Noir, Syrah and Makers Mark whiskey barrels. This is a new take on our highly popular Oud Framboise.. For this batch we used a lighter base, added guava to the blend and came out with a delicately flavored and truly delightful sour that will surely not disappoint. The chatoyant mahogony hue and the floral nose invite the senses in to savor tart raspberries and a lingering tang of tropical guava. Pair with cheesecake topped with raspberries or a cheese and charcuterie board garnished with fresh fruit. CA State Fair Bronze medal 2017, 2018
